Emma has more than 20 years experience working in the prime residential market in central London, having worked at Sotheby’s International Realty and Aylesford International, before joining Louise at the firm in 2015.

Alice Izett
ASSOCIATE
Alice is a RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over eight years’ experience in the prime central London residential market. She began her career at a London leading Surveying firm, advising private, charitable and Estate clients on the Sales, Lettings, and Management of residential and mixed-use property portfolios, before gaining further experience within an Asset Management firm in Mayfair.
Known for her calm professionalism, integrity and attention to detail, Alice combines strong analytical expertise with a warm and personable approach. Since joining the firm in the summer of 2025, she has brought valuable knowledge and experience to expand our rental department as well as supporting Sales.
